Chris & Amanda "The Team at Big Box Self Storage at Labrador on the Gold Coast are awesome. Shane, Tony, Stuart & Mark were always friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to meet your needs. Their facilities will keep your things safe and secure for years. My wife, Mandy, and I had out stuff stored there for 13 years and I just recently collected our stuff for shipping back to Japan. After 13 years in the Aussie climate, I was expecting signs of deterioration, but everything (clothing, books, photos, etc) were in amazing condition - like I had put them in storage only a week before. They kindly provided another bay nearby so that I could sort through our items before shipping back to Japan. I cant speak highly enough of the staff and facilities at Big Box Self Storage. I recommend them highly to anyone needing to store their stuff, either short or long term, and I would like to extend my thanks to the team there. Cheers." September 2018
